Liliana Fragomeni AVG subscription
Good morning, I renewed my AVG ultimate (multi-device) subscription on November 25, 2024 for one year. After purchasing, on the subscription details it tells me that the next renewal will be in October 2025 and not November 2025. Why is it not one year?

We would like to inform you that next renewal date and expiry date of the subscription are not same.
As the auto-renewal of the subscription is ON, you are seeing renewal date in the installed programs. Renewal date is 35 days before the date of the expiry. This is the reason why you are seeing different date. However, you can use the subscription until it expires.
