How to transfer 1 license to another device?

Hi
I have AVG Internet Security installed on 8 devices. 2 days ago I uninstalled it on 1 device (windows 7) and I still see that it is installed on 8 devices. What do I do to show me the installation on 7 devices?
I read this guide

Hello Roman,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We understand that after transferring AVG subscription from one device to another the 'Devices Used' is not changed in 'AVG account'. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Devices appear in your AVG Account within 2 hours after an AVG subscription is installed and activated on the device.
To view the number of devices currently using a subscription:
-Sign in to your AVG Account using the link below: https://id.avg.com/sign-in
Click 'Manage subscriptions' on the 'My subscriptions' tile.
The number of devices using each subscription is shown next to Currently used on.
Our license server has a new feature - LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform).
If you have done any activation attempts on your devices in the past 30 days, it would display the additional number of devices on your AVG My account.
Sometimes the internet connection might be temporarily interrupted during the activation process, and it doesn't count or add extra activation attempts.
However, your products are activated, and the product should work correctly. The LUMP counter resets automatically after 30 days. Please be patient until the count reset.
Thank you and keep us updated.

Thank you for your reply.
As I understand it, I have to wait 30 days (minus 3 days that have passed) and until that time I can activate 2 licenses instead of 3?
By the way, why can't I see my devices on which I have AVG installed?

Hello Roman,

Thank you for writing back to us. We are glad to clarify you. Yes, as you have reinstalled the AVG program, we need to wait 30 days to remove the device count from subscription. This is how our licensing system works.

Could you please let us know whether are you try to view device details in AVG Myaccount? Please explain your request in detail. So, we can help you better. We look forward for your response.

Thank you for your answer.

Of course I display MyAccount and there I see that "Currently used on: 8 devices" I do not see information there on which devices I have AVG installed, which worries me, because it is useful information for me

As I mentioned, 3 days ago I removed AVG on 1 of my PC because I am switching from Windows 7 to Windows 11. I also have another PC with Windows 7, which I would also like to change. In addition, in a few days I will buy a laptop and I simply will not have a free license anymore.

You wrote "Yes, as you have reinstalled the AVG program, we need to wait 30 days ...".
No, I did not reinstall, I simply uninstalled AVG on 1 device and since then I have not installed AVG, so it should display "Currently used on: 7 devices"
If there is no other way, I will wait 30 days.

Thank you for writing back to us Roman,
We regret to inform that we do not have an option to view the connected devices to your subscription.
But not to worry, sometime due to the interruption in internet connection syncing of AVG subscription with AVG account will take sometime to reflect. Once you uninstall activated subscription from a device you can use install and activate on another device without any problem. LUMP will reset the device count automatically after 30days.
Meanwhile your patience and cooperation is very much appreciated.
Thank you for understanding.

Hello Akash
Today I added 1 subscription and the LUMP counter added it after a few hours, but the subscription I uninstalled 5 days ago is still active. Why does your LUMP counter only work one way?
Abdul KaderAbdul Kader (Foundever)
Thank you for reaching out, Roman.
We acknowledge your concern regarding the LUMP counter. Rest assured, you can activate the multi-device subscription on up to 10 devices. The counter will reset automatically within 30 days.
