AVG Secure VPN

Hi: I emailed AVG on 1st November 2024 to advise that I did not require to renew this package as I purchased it on 19th August as part of AVG Ultimate. Despite this I see from my credit card account that you billed me on 1st Dec 2024 so I am writing to ask you to refund my account.
The order ID is 132233639900.
It appears your right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, why would you sell me something I have already bought from you.
