Youtube problem

Hello,                                   

After I have installed AVG, I started to have problem on youtube. Have you ever heard about this problem? What can cause this? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching AVG support channel. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand that you are unable to access youtube after installed AVG. We will check and glad to help you. 

Please provide the following information to help you better :

1. What are all the AVG programs installed in your device?
2. Have you tried to disable AVG and check it?
3. Are you receiving any block message from AVG? If yes, please share us the screenshot of it. 
4. Confirm the version of operating system installed in your device.
