Oneclickstarter - Tuneup utilities 2013

Everytime I start a program or application in windows, including tuneup utilities, I get a popup from Oneclickstarter about compability issues. I have no compability issues, my programs and applications are working just fine. There don't seem to be anyway to turn off the popup, and it's super annoying. Right at this moment I have 10 of these popups up at the same time, as they usually put themselves in the background so you don't see them. Checking for updates through tuneup utilities always shows that there is no updates available. Can you please make an update to fix this, or at least give an option to turn the damn things off? I'm using tuneup utilities 2013.

Hi Zanno,
I understand that you are facing compatibility issues with Tuneup Utilities 2013 version. Please let us know the operating system that you are using. Also, we request you to uninstall Tuneup Utilities 2013 from control panel and install the Tuneup Utilities 2014  version regarding this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-TuneUp-Utilities-2016-04-11-010523

We appreciate your efforts and patience. Thank you. Komal, AVG Customer Care.

I am using windows 10. For me it's not really an option to buy tuneup utilities 2014. The 2013 version is doing what I need, and I don't feel like paying for another version just to get rid of popups. I don't have compability issues, both tuneup utilities and all my other programs are working just fine. The only issue I have is tuneup utilities keep warning me about compability issues that I don't have.

Yes I have re-installed it. Even during the installation the popup showed up about 10 times.

Hello Zanno,
We do understand your concern. However, this product was discontinued by the "Clever Bridge", and hence, we are not able to receive any update. To continue using this, we have introduced AVG PC TuneUp which have similar feature and support. You can purchase that product to optimize your computer.
Thank you.

Which pretty much requires me to pay for a product I've already paid for. As I said in the mail contact with your customer service, when i bought the program it came with a "lifetime non-expiring license". Granted that the license hasn't expired, but it's still useless. Surely you can't be expected to never update your computer or operatingsystem in order for a "lifetime non-expiring license" to not be useless? This has practically turned the "lifetime non-expiring license" in to a "3 years semi-non-expiring license".
