How to cancel AVG Automatic Renewal?

Dear AVG,
I would like to cancel the Automatic Renewal of my AVG subscription, but even though trying different browsers, there is no cancellation button in 'My Subscriptions'.

Can you tell me another way to cancel the Automatic Renewal?

Upon checking with your account we have confirmed that you have AVG Performance for(1 computer) which will going to expire on 2016.9.11 and also we keep you informed that you have made already unsubscribed auto renewal to avoid future billings. We have cancelled the auto renewal for the specified orders.
Please do not share the order number or personal detail on a public forum.
The license for AVG PC TuneUp got auto renewed on 24th July 2018.
Do you wish to continue using the license or get refund for the recent charge?

I would also like to cancel my AVG account. I have received a sum of $60 dollars and not sure why or how...I have applied for a refund and will not be using your software again. Can you please cancel any information I have with your company.

We apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced for the cancellation of AVG subscription.
It seems that you have signed up for AVG Secure VPN - Multidevice (60 day) trial using your *****@gmail.com email address and have received the email notification today regarding the charge (£64.99) deduction.
If this is the charge that you are referring, do let us know.
We will then cancel the auto renewal service for it.
