Hello Tanya,

WtuSystemSupport.exe is digitally signed by AVG Technologies.

WtuSystemSupport.exe is usually located in the 'C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG Web TuneUp\' folder.

It is the trusted file which is related to our AVG Web Tuneup. To know about AVG Web TuneUp please have a look at this link: http://www.avg.com/web-tuneup . Thank you.

When you uninstall AVG and AVG Web Tuneup, it remains in your system and cannot be deleted because Windows claims it is "in use". That's pretty creepy. Is there a way to delete it?

Hello Nessa,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Thank you.
