Niet ontvangen CD

Ik heb mijn licenties verlengd op 24 augustus 2015  tot 2017 bij deze verlenging heb ik ook de AVG 2015 Installation Disc besteld echter heb ik deze tot nu toe niet ontvangen. Ik heb al een mail gestuurd naar AVG maar ook hier heb ik niets meer van gehoord. Wat moe ik doen om betaalde CD alsnog te ontvangen.

Not receive CD
I got my license renewed on August 24, 2015 until 2017 during this extension, I also AVG 2015 Installation Disc ordered but I have not received it so far. I already have a mail sent to AVG but here I have not heard. What tired I do to receive paid CD yet.
