Problems with AVG Internet Security 2016

Hello AVG Internet Security  2016 Support Staff,
I have had some severe problems with the AVG Internet Security 2016, but I have also been successful in eliminating almost all of my problems by correspondingly adjusting the fire wall settings of the AVG Internet Security 2016 to those fire wall settings of AVG Internet Security 2014. However, one problem still remains where I have failed. That is my Online-Banking+ application which does not function when  AVG Internet Security 2016 is activated. If I deactivate AVG Internet Security 2016 my Online-Banking+ application functions normally. When I start my Online-Banking+ application with AVG Internet Security 2016 activated, the Online-Banking+ application shows the main application window  and mentions that the application has started and displays then the login "Message Box" where I then can enter my password. After having entered my password and press then "continue" button within the Message Box"  the Online-Banking+ application freezes. I have performed a number of suggestions, which AVG has advised me to perform,  such as making "exceptions" which is contained under Menu  "Options". There I have excluded the entire application folder of my  Online-Banking+ application including those from my personal/local/directories. Despite this measure the effect is the same the application still freezes during Login. 
I have also completely  de-installed the Online-Banking+ application from my PC with all the associated "local directories" and files as well as all the associated registry entries. I thought by reinstalling this Online-Banking+ application, the  AVG Internet Security 2016 would recognize and advise me to adjust the fire wall settings to allow proper installation and execution of the application. No messages are displayed by AVG Internet Security 2016.  However,  during the installation process AVG Internet Security 2016 seems to block essential update files from the internet server from Buhl (software developer here in Germany) which developed the Online-Banking+ application.  Therefore, the installed application is not fully up-to-date. In addition, the main application of Online-Banking+ mg.exe is not registered in the "allowed application section"  of the AVG firewall.  By manually introducing the application into the "allowed  application section" of the AVG firewall has no effect in mitigating my problem.
This is the only application on my PC with this phenomenon. What could be causing this problem? What can I do to identify what settings I need to change within AVG Internet Security 2016 so that my Online-Banking+ application will run?

To determine if AVG is the actual cause of this issue, we request you to disable AVG Internet security ( http://avgread.me/1GnMD3N ) and check if its working fine.
