New sim

HELP! I have got a new mobile and transfered the data with NFC - its taken my avg onto the new phone and locked it due to a sim change -- I cannot unlock it.. please help.

Em Bumbleberry, I have faced the situation of yours and I know how you would feel. Do not worry, you will be absolutely fine soon after you hear back the response from our Mobile Team. Usually it takes 48 hours at the maximum.
