Gerard Loughead Printer won't print PDFs
Have recently installed AVG Pro Antivirus and Tune Up. When trying to print an open PDF document I get 2 error messages; 1st: "The document could not be printed" then on exiting this 2nd: There were no pages selected to print". I have tried to print the whole document, current page and selecting several pages at once. I have checked Firewall, I have made sure program is enabled, I have turned laptop off and back on again, I have updated printer drivers. No luck! So grateful for any ideas as to how this problem might be reolved, thanks!
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. To confirm whether this issue is caused by our AVG program, let us first try disabling your AVG Protection program temporarily. To do that please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1GnMD3N and then check whether you able to print the documents using the printer.
