Uninstall Error Code 0xC0070652

I have the free AVG installed on my Windows 10 laptop.  The updates continually fail. The fix now and uninstall both fail. Uninstall error code 0xC0070652 does noe come up on the list of fixes as far as I can tell. What is my next step?
