I request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG tuneup program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:
http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
I request you to use the offline installer of AVG PC tuneup for the installation. To download the offline installer of AVG PC tuneup please use the below link:
For 32 bit: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_x86_767.exe
For 64 bit: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_x64_766.exe

note for you: disabling anti-virus program AVG-performance installed successfully.
I apogolize..,
I using Avast antivirus program .
Obviously , the latest version of the antivirus program has blocked the installation of AVG-Performance.

I request you to disable Avast Antivirus and try install AVG Performance.
It is not recommended to keep two security program in one computer if you have installed AVG antivirus program.
