Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter

How to allow Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter through AVG2015 Firewall. I can disable AVG, connect to TV and enable AVG, and function remains until I disconnect. To allow this WIN8.1 application through the Firewall, I need to find the path to the executable file. I have the path via properties to the Desktop, but not to the executable.
There are FAQ hints regarding Internet access permissions, but this is not Internet.
Has anyone already done this with hint to find complete path?

Dave, As per the other location (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000D3haAAC) where you've posted.. In order to analyze it please provide AVG with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) and please add detailed description of issue.

I ran and saved the diagnostic output. At the time of analysis, my SurfacePro3 was running with my Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter connected and funcioning on a spare LG monitor. I had to getoff our TV so my woife could watch her show. MWDA works fine on that TV too.
My process is to disable AVG2015 Firewall while connecting, and then re-enable. I wish to create a permission on AVG2015 to allow this app through the firewall. I cannot find the path or address on SurfacePro3 where the execuable file for MWDA is located. Win8.1 cannot find anything with a name Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter on the computer. I can get the path to the icon on the Desktop, but cannot trace the app any further. No illumination from Microsoft Support or communities yet either. Mostly just well meaning people trying to help, and giving advice that creates more unrelated issues tht mst be unravelled before users can get to the core issue.

Dave Kelly quote "I ran and saved the diagnostic output"....
Dave, AVG would request you to "Send" instead of saving the output on your computer.
Follow this short guideline in order to send us the information with help of AVG SysInfo utility:
Click on the link to download the AVG SysInfo tool.
Run the downloaded tool.
Click Accept to confirm the license agreement, then click Continue.
Once the screen "Output created" is shown, fill in any additional details, or click Attach if you want to attach any additional files, such as screenshots.
Click Send option, fill in your email address, and then click Send again.AVG will analyze the files and contact you with further information.
