Why can't I log into my avg account after verifying my email address per the instructions
Even though my account has been verified I still cannot log into my account. I am also unable to use the forgot password function. I recieve this error: "There is a problem with your request. The information you submitted has already been used." What are the steps to have avg unlock this account or correct the issue.

That was January 5th. It is now January 10th and I don not see any reply, resolution, ideas. anything. Not very good support for a product that costs almost $50 US just to use
