EID_pe_iscorrupted Serious Adware Problem

I have an Adware virus I believe I installed 2 weeks ago. I used Webroot at the time and it repeatedly found and deleted it for 3 days until it was reported that it was removed. I was happy until I found out the virus was still at large; so I installed AVG Free, and it said it removed it, but it is STILL there. AVG and Webroot want to believe so badly that they removed the virus, but it is still on my laptop, hidden somewhere in C:\Windows, but AVG wants to not work and say there's no internet connection, which disables half the protection. I don't know what to do next, and I'm not paying AVG $70 when there's a community right next to them. Can anyone help?

Specs
  • Windows 8 laptop, x64
  • Pentium 4
  • Energy Star and HDMI.

Jared, No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.

In order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).
