How do I uninstall Slimcleaner Plus?

I am having trouble uninstalling SlimCleaner Plus from my computer.  When I go to uninstall the program, it asks me if I want the program to make changes to my computer.  I am reluctant to say yes, what do you advise.

Thank you for the link.  Since I don't remember how SlimCleaner got
installed, I had been afraid to follow any links generally posted in a
Google search.  Your  directions have helped me with the uninstall.  For
any future readers of this conversation, I recommend this approach.
