How to install the AVG beta download. I cant install it because no activation code was supplied to me.

I run XP and installed AVG Zen and the AVG clean up tool, in December 2014, in the clean up tool in the browser clean up it just stops than crashes, I have cleaned up the Google browser but it makes no difference, also the performance anylises tool just keeps going for ever, it looks jammed up somewhere.
I removed AVG than reinstalled it only to get a message from AVG my AVG has expired , strange it is only 6 weeks old. I finally managed to down load AVG again only to rub in to the same problems.
Can not find a human beeing to talk to at AVG.
Can any one help?

Fix to this issue has been released, please update AVG PC TuneUp to latest version.
