Trojan Horse virus csrss.exe

I believe that the csrss.exe file that shows up on Task Manager is a Trojan Horse virus.  It shows no user or description and I can't find its location.  How do I determine if it is a virus, and if it is, how do I get rid of it.  Running Windows 7 Pro.
