AVG ZEN Reactivate

Please help. I have used AVG for 4 years. I purchased the full ultimate AVG ZEN, entered the correct license key, yet I am unable to activate any components. I checked under support and It is showing an active license, but I am unable to run any scans, etc

Hello Colin. This is to keep you informed that the AVG Zen doesn't requires the license number to get activated. You have to use the AVG My Account credentials to activate the program. Thanks for the response. I made sure to log-in to my account on the Zen dashboard. I logged out and loged back in as well. I am currently logged in as the administrator. I have also correctly installed the Zen product on my android phone with no problems.
