English Interpretation from Support Personnel

I am having the most difficult time obtaining support for my purchase.
I have to repeatedly send screenshots of my purchase for proof, because I never received an email at the time of purchase when using paypal to pay for the purchase.  AVG's system is set up to correlate an order with the google email address one uses for google play on android phones. (I know, I know this is a Windows only discussion center despite the tag off to the left stating ANDROID help)...but really this is about all of these foreign support agents attempting to interpret common English.  I get responses labeled as "support" via email, that have nothing to do with obtaining the license key for a purchase I made via paypal. Here it is 3 days after the purchase,, and I am still being told to hold on for an answer.... please send another screenshot of proof of purchase.... for some reason our billing department cannot verify a purchase with paypal transaction code??? AVG got my money, but has yet to send an email with any license code, nor has there been any prompt to install or download anything on my phone.  I gave up with this... This is ridiculous and incompetent.  3rd party answering centers posing as support personnel is NOT good business, and AVG lost the potential of more than 1500 licenses among the client businesses I have when researching an alternative antivirus software.   Lost business. That's what happens when you go cheap on the support structure...   Never again will I attempt to do business or order anything related to an AVG product BECAUSE their support is completely incompetent and cannot read English to any degree of proficiency.  Say goodbye to the potential of more than 1500 purchased licenses due to your incompetence.    It took 2 minutes to install malwarebytes for free on my android.  Ridiculous.
