AVG Free Full System Scan Stuck

Every time that I've done a full system scan, It gets stuck on scanning mouclass.sys, which is always at 51%. I don't know if it is a percentage problem or an issue with the .sys file.

I am running Windows 10 Pro on a custom built computer.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to confirm whether you have installed AVG as trail or a paid version and also mention your product name? Since you have mentioned that your AVG Scan stuck at 51% we would like to let us know whether you have initiated AVG scanning in AVG Protection or AVG Performance. Thank you.

I'm guessing that it's a trial version as I haven't paid for anything. The product I have is called AVG AntiVirus Free and this is an AVG Protection scan

Hello Christian,
Thank you for the information. We regret the inconvenience caused. We would request you  to remove AVG program with including previous installed program traces of (AVG 2015 or AVG 2014)from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Protection free.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST,NORTON, McAfee or KASPERSKY means please try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link:  http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

To download the AVG Free, please click on this link: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Protection_Free_1606.exe.
Once it has been reinstalled please try to initiate  Virus scan on your system. If the issue persist please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance. Thank you.
