my laptop AVG detected 22 viruses, and when during the cleaning process the systems rebooted, whats the problem

We regret for any inconvenience caused. Has the reboot happened after the threat removal or in the process of removal? Please note that a reboot may require to finalize the removal of the infections from your PC. Please run the scan again and check if the same threats are detected.

Hello,
the problem happens in the process of removal, four times, i didn't believe it so i tried several times. i removed de update from windowd installed yesterday and now there is no problem si it seems afg is the problem, it detects 22 virusses this morning and after the removal of the windows updat, no threats are found.

Please check for available windows updates manually and download the rest excluding KB3194496.

You know that updates in windows 10 cann't be excludes. what to do next? i have bought your excellent product and your answer is not what i expected
