AVG Update Wizard
When I try and update my PC Tune Up I need to establish an internet connection. A pop up keeps happening at this stage that says I need to make sure that there is an internet connection (my computer is connected to wifi) and I need to make sure AVG Wizard is not blocked i.e by firewall. I am not sure how to check. My tune up won't work without this update. Help?!

Now the update wizard isn't poping up but the pc tune up gets stuck here for hours and hours. I have left my laptop set up all night before and it doesn't move past here. I was thinking when it said I needed an update that would be why it's not working but it just didn't pop up again when I opened the program today.
Thank you for the screenshot. From the screenshot we see that you have older version of AVG PC TuneUp installed. We suggest you to completely uninstall this AVG PC TuneUp and install them back and check if that fix the issue.
