Watchdog initilization error

The suggested methods to turn on safe mode in windows 10 is not the same as mentioned my avg customer service.Please help.windows defender offline open when automatic repair turns on. And leads to same watvhdog initlization error.

Please be informed that Microsoft has confirmed that the issue is caused by outdated Logitech drivers and is unconnected with AVG software. Please try to update or reinstall the Logitech drivers and check whether you it resolves the issue.
If you are facing any further issues we request you to contact Logitech support so that they could assist you better in updating the drivers on your PC.
