phishing on word 2016

Has anyone had this:
Sign in to open "shredder.osi.office.net/shredderservice/api/aadgraph/gettenantdetails"

It appears to come up when using Word 2016 but I have not worked out what the key combination is that produces it.

Bill, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I have been seeing the same thing. It happens every time I open Word, and sometimes pops up when I am using it. I dont know what it is, I thought it was a Word problem, but wasnt able to find anything on it on their website. I dont know how to get rid of it. I've clicked the link, but it brings me to a blank webpage.            User-added image
