I am connected. I even tried to disconnect / reconnect and I still have this issue on 2 computers.My wife's computer was a clean install about a month ago and this issue came up only a couple of days ago. BR
I tried again to use the product code I got and it says: Dieses Produkt wurde bereits mit Ihrem Konto aktiviert. Rufen Sie MyAccount auf, um Ihr Abonnement zu verwalten. I definitely used the same account I am right now using to write this and the product is not visible. BR

I definitely connected so this is not my issue and I also used the mail address I am communicating with right now so that is also not the issue. I tried to acticate the extension again and got this message which proves that I used the right email: "Dieses Produkt wurde bereits mit Ihrem Konto aktiviert. Rufen Sie MyAccount auf, um Ihr Abonnement zu verwalten." What is the issue is that your server somehow lost all information and tells me that it cannot find any subscription or product. Because of that my installation says it has no license. BR

Paid Ultimate. Licence until December 2018 when this first occured. Now it is 21. December 2019.
