I purchased the upgrade this morning, attempted to download it and get an "access denied" message.
l went to "chat" had a few lines with a "Sundar" and suddenly chat was "unavailable."
Thus far, I am VERY dissatisfied with this product. Is AVG Unlimited just a scam to steal money from consumers?
