tune-up for iMac purchased yesterday

I have been trying to download the software to run on my iMac. I believe it is now called  something like 
clean-up . nobody on the various support site is able to help me !

You can click on this link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/avg-cleaner/id667434228?mt=12&uo=4 to download and install the AVG Cleaner for Mac in your computer or you can sign in to your AVG MyAccount and click on the "Subscriptions" tab. From there you can select the product you want to download and install the same in your computer. If you still have any issue with the download of this product, please let us know and we will assist you further.

I paid for agv-cleaner yesterday online with Manilla sales although it was called tune-up unlimited then.
So how do I download it from apple app store without paying for it again?

Hello John,
We are sorry to inform that the AVG program will not work for iphone or ipad. The AVG program is compatible with only Windows, Mac and Android devices.
