Uninstall corrupted AVG Protection

I had problems with AVG free as my pc was using 100 % of the CPU on AVG. There were three AVG installations, AVG and 2 lots of AVG protection. I uninstalled  one version of protection after running a repair. I then tried to repair the second version of AVG protection, but this did not work so I tried to uninstall the second version of AVG protection using AVG remover. This removed the AVG program, but not the second AVG protection. Now when I try uninstalling the second AVG protection I still get the Error 0xe0010002 and on start up there is an AVG error (the exception breakpoint: a breakpoint has been reached 0x8000003 occurred in the application at location 0x62ebccd7). What do I do now that AVG remover does not work?

When I try to uninstall the remaining AVG Protection program (there is no AVG program anymore) I get below and if I try and use AVG remove it can't find anything.User-added image

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. We suggest you to remove all the AVG traces from your computer and start a fresh installation. Please run AVG Clear tool and AVG Remover tool to remove all the AVG traces.

1 Use the link https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe to run the AVG Clear tool.
2 Open the AVG Clear tool, click Yes in the User Account control dialog.
3 Click No in the Windows safe mode dialog.
4 Select the installed version of AVG, click Uninstall, then click Restart computer.  (1/2)

Please run the AVG Remover tool by using the below instructions.
1 Download the AVG remover tool please click on this link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2 Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3 Your computer will be restarted automatically.
After reboot, Open C drive and look for folder "AVG Remover" and delete it manually, also delete "AVG" folder in "Program files (x86)" in C Drive.
