AVG Keeps Turning Itself Off

AVG keeps turning itself since most recent update # 17.3.3443.0

Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

AVG, If applicable.. For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I'll take a screen shot next time it turns off, but for now I'll supply you with an image of a similar error message I found online so you can see sort of what it looks like, (except in my case it reads "AVG Antivirus is turned off".

Hello,
Thank you for the information. On checking with your screenshot we could see that you had installed AVG anti virus along with Bit defender. That's the reason you were getting this popup. To avoid this we need to uninstall the Bit defender to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I would just like to add that this just happen to me and then windows stoped working when I tryed to press ctrl/alt /delete after restarting my laptop everything seems fine now but i am haveing trouble useing the new UI.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. As we said earlier, if you had turned on Bit defender, we would request you to turned off the AVG firewall and check whether you are getting the popup again. If the issue persist, please get back with us we are here to help you. I don't see anything named Bit Defender. I tried doing a Windows Search on my PC, but nothing came up. What indication is there that I have Bit Denfender installed? If its installed, I didn't do it.
