I'll take a screen shot next time it turns off, but for now I'll supply you with an image of a similar error message I found online so you can see sort of what it looks like, (except in my case it reads "AVG Antivirus is turned off".

Hello, Thank you for the information. On checking with your screenshot we could see that you had installed AVG anti virus along with Bit defender. That's the reason you were getting this popup. To avoid this we need to uninstall the Bit defender to resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you for understanding.
I would just like to add that this just happen to me and then windows stoped working when I tryed to press ctrl/alt /delete after restarting my laptop everything seems fine now but i am haveing trouble useing the new UI.

I don't see anything named Bit Defender. I tried doing a Windows Search on my PC, but nothing came up. What indication is there that I have Bit Denfender installed? If its installed, I didn't do it.
