AVG Report File - where is it?

I have AVG Internet Security 17.3.3011.
I have created a schedule scan which occurs daily at 1:30 am and I have requested a report file to be generated, appending after the scan.

Where does AVG save the report file? I have searched my computer for the file name I specified and there are no results. AVG support logged in via LogMeIn Rescue and they also could not find it.

You have either not read my question or misunderstood my question, as there is no issue with the scheduled scan. (FYI, the scan is running).

My question (again), specifically: "Where does AVG save the report file?"

Hi Darren.
We apologize for this concern and we are so glad to assist you. For your kind information after processing the scan the file reports will go to the Quarantine option. To see this please follow below steps.
Open AVG->Open Internet Security->Go to Menu->Quarantine.
Thank you.

There is no report file there. I want the report file that I selected to have generated in the schedule. Where is this report?

This software is full of flaws and the support staff seem inadequate.

Where is the report file? It isn't here where you told me to go.

Hi Darren,
We apologize for this and in this case we will suggest you to repair the AVG Protection part, then start the scan again. To repair AVG Protection please follow the below process.
Start->Control panel->Program(uninstall a program)->Select AVG Protection-> click on Change and repair it

Ok, did that. Actually went one step further and uninstalled all AVG components and then reinstalled Ultimate with the full option of components using the laterst version from My Account.

Guess what? NO REPORT FILE! Were you surprised? I wasn't. (But thanks for wasting my time, honestly appreciate that!)

Can you give me a real solution? If you can't, just give me a refund or I'll have to contact the ACCC.

Hello Darren,
We understand your concern. You can check the reports in Program Data AVG files. Please go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type %programdata%. Open the AVG program and  you will have an folder name called reports. You can find the scan reports there.
Thank you.

You may have already found the reports by now, Darren. In case not, I found them at (Win 7)
C:\ProgramData\Avg\Antivirus\report

The quality of AVG Support's answers on this board is deterring me from purchasing the product!
Describing their efforts as ineffective is probably too kind.
