Ever since the last AVG Upgrade I keep on getting this message when trying to log into Google or Windows : Turn on TLS 1.0 , TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https:/www.google.co.za again. If this error persists it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 which is not considered secure . Please contact your site administrator.

This is happening on two different machines with different Windows packages

Hello Bennie,
We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. We suggest you to disable AVG and check whether you can access the websites. Please follow the instructions to disable AVG :  Open AVG Zen -> Click on Anti-Virus Free -> Click on "Menu" -> Settings -> Disable all components (Resident Shield, Software Analyzer, Email Protection, Secure DNS, Online Shield & Firewall (Disable Until restart)).
Let us know if the issue still persists after AVG Disable. Thank you
