request action to be taken in case of detection

I have installed version 2017, the version has been updated by itself.
In this version Is it no longer possible to have the request for the action to be taken in case of detection? If so how do you configure it? There are some places where you can configure but are incomplete or they will not work !!!
This is very important in case of false positives or on local archives that need NOT BE REMOVED but checked!! First it was possible in 2016 version.
Thank you for response

Hello Marco,
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please note that the 2017 version of AVG program retains the setting to ask you before taking any action in case of a detection. Please click on Menu, select Components. You can change the settings for Resident shield and Online shield components. Click on Customize, select Actions to set your preference. Apart from this, you will have this setting when you configure a scheduled scan.

Marco,
I am sorry if the instructions in my previous post were not clear.
Open AVG Anti virus/Internet Security.
Click on Menu, select Components.
On components window, click on Customize against "Resident shield" component.
On the next window, click on 'Actions' in the left pane menu.
You must be able to change the action that should be performed when a threat is detected.
Click on the drop down and select 'Ask'.
Click on OK to save the settings.

Marco,

We do not have an option to send an email once the update is released. However, make sure that AVG program is set for an automatic update. If not, follow the instructions in this article https://help.avg.com/en/avg_free/17/settings_update.html to customize an automatic update.
