What is SAFECART? I was billed $49.99 on my PayPal account and it appears to have originated with AVG. Now I also was billed $51.83 from Digital River which I thought was the tech repair on my computer so that the AVG Ultimate would install. I purchased the AVG Ultimate for an all inclusive package and it seems that I'm often advised that I need to add more products to it to create an "Ultimate" security system on my computer.
Now I'm adding VPN service to the package which I know now that you must have to secure sensitive web connections.
Some clarification please since a google search stated that SAFECART is a scam.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Safe Cart is from AVG GO (which is technical support). AVG GO is a separate premium technical support team. They work on all kinds of issues on computers. They are a separate technical support team. Since you have purchased the product from AVG GO, we do not have any records regarding this product.
