Today I installed anti-virus and cleaner to my mac. I can log onto anti-virus fine but when I go to connect with Cleaner it says my password doesn't match....?

I have the same issue. I can log in to AVG AnitVirus on mac but not the AVG Cleaner. I can log in to all of the windows products and website, same password for all but I get the same message as Chantelle on the AVG Cleaner that "email and password don't match". Do you have an ETA yet?

I just bought a subscription today since I could use this on my PC as well as my MAC. But I can't login to the AVG Cleaner on MAC, it gives the same error. Is this ever going to be fixed?

This is a paid feature/module, so it can't be that waiting for a solutions takes so much time. I want a refund or discount, or better a time extend for my membership because the feature doesn't work on my Mac iOS device. So for all users patience is comming to an end!
I suggest you do better fort your customers. I expect a durations of the memebership as I orderded after the bug fix.

Still not fixed, i downloaded the Cleaner app from the App Store and it says my email/password doesn't match. It's messed up that this is going to take maybe 10 years before it gets fixed and that reminded me why i stopped using AVG products many years ago.

AVG Internet Security Unlimited and Tuneup Unlimited can be installed on multiple Windows and Android devices. For Mac, we have only free version of AVG Antivirus & AVG Cleaner.

You can continue using the app irrespective of logging in with AVG MyAccount email address and password.
