Threat secured!

i am getting pop ups that state "Threat secured!", but when i close the window, it continues to pop up every few seconds or so. i now have 2 pop-ups.  How can i remove these?

I regret for the inconvenience caused. Please share the screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the pop up you are receiving to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you, it looks like my screen shot command has been disabled. It normally works, but neither my key pad, nor my laptop keyboard will produce a screen shot.  i will need to download the AVG screen shot as instructions requested.

I did send the screen shot.  Did you receive it?  it does not apprear in this thread anymore.

Thank you for providing the screenshots. This could be caused due to AVG detected some malicious content in one of the emails getting downloaded or could be a false positive. To analyze it further, I need to submit your concern to our senior technicians along with other diagnostic logs.
I have sent you an email with steps on how to collect and upload the data required for analyzing your issue. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.
