Stopping AVG from blocking an install of new program

AVG won't let me install a critical program for our business. It says it will scan for 15 seconds which interrupts the install, then the new program aborts and prints a log. What is the work around? AVG won't allow me to enable the install.

Hello Walt,

I apologize for the inconvenience. I request you to disable AVG (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > Troubleshooting > Passive Mode > Turn off the AVG Passive mode) program temporarily and then try to install the program.

After installing the program, please enable AVG and scan your computer. If you face any difficulties please contact us.

I ve downloaded your software and when i downloaded my computer is acting weird. Whenever i try to download something else i wont let me i tryed to unistall the AVG program but it wont let me the PC reads it like i dont have it on computer but i have it installed so i deleted files one by one and nothing happend. I ve restarted the computer and when it booted i have missed two games from my PC and some programs i dont know how did that happend my driver for the internet was unable i reinstalled so it was ok. After that i restarted PC again and after booting same thing but driver for the internet is fixed. So im not happy with the results i got it was like a spyware or malware idk, i suppose its better to use avast or malwarebytes except this trash. I ve heard of many my friends that they got the same things like the data stealing so I  highly recomend DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS.
