Microsoft 2010 office

I cannot open my word or excel documents, i have followed the recommendations to resolve this by searching the web but it fails every time. I like my AVG but programmes not waking up frustrates me, i just want to be able to use my computer features

I'm sorry to hear about this. We will surely help you to fix this issue. In this case, I request you to disable AVG Internet Security component (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components) one by one and check which component is blocking Microsoft 2010 office. If the issue still persist, then please let us know what/when exactly happen with Microsoft office (like, if you have disabled Microsoft office with AVG PC TuneUp or AVG Ransomware protection blocked your Microsoft office). We could do this definitely better with your cooperation. You can also send us a screenshot of the issue or the error message. You can check the following link to see the instructions about taking the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot). You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi, I have the same problem with my AVG TuneUp (paid licence). Has this issue been resolved? I checked the components, there is not any 'disabled Microsoft office with AVG PC TuneUp or AVG Ransomware protection blocked your Microsoft office'.
