Michele DJEDJE Uninstall AVG
Hi,
Can you help me uninstall AVG from my laptop, I've tried for the past 3/4 days and it said it has failed.
I have a Windows 10 HP Notebook and anytime I try to uninstall AVG it gives me an error code 0xE0010663 : General error (0x0663) ).
I already havde an anti virus on my laptop that I have paid for. Just need to remove AVG since my laptop is performing really poorly.

I can understand your concern. Please follow the below steps to uninstall AVG completely from your computer.
Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.
Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compability)
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer"

Open AVG_Remover.exe (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe)
User Account control - click "Yes"
Click "CONTINUE"
Select all products, and click "Remove"
Click "Restart" and restart PC
If is displayed dialog window (Open file – Security Warning) after restart, click "Run" and let AVG Remover remove traces
If is AVG Remover asking for restart PC, restart PC again
