Hello Darfan.
Sorry to know about this. Are you using any application named as 'Eternal Blue'? If so, is it a trusted application?
If it is trusted, please add that file to AVG exception list as per the steps mentioned in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields ) and this will be a temporary fix. For the permanent fix, please report the false detection by AVG at https://www.avg.com/submit-sample . Our developers will check that and whitelist that file from AVG virus definitions.
Thank you.

well, i am not using any appication named as "eternal Blue".
As i already googled, it is one of WannaCrypt ransomware.
Can AVG handle this kind of ransomware?

Okey Abirami,
Waiting for your update suggestion.
Thank you for your support.

Darfan,
AVG will block all known variants of the ransom ware infection. This is a network detection and something using the Eternal blue exploit is trying to get into the system. Please try to update Windows and make sure that no infected devices are connected to the network.
