Payment taken from my bank

$114.99 was taken from my bank today, and I had know idea what it was for until I rang my bank.
I have not used AVG since 2015. I did not authorise this money to be taken from my bank.
Why would I buy AVG for $114.99 when I purchased Trent Micro Maximum Security for $70 when I recently had a service on my computer. I would really appreciate a refund as I am on a very low income.

I regret for the inconvenience caused. I see that you have been auto renewed for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and it is good till 9/12/2019.
When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you cancel it. You will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account. We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your subscription.
Since you aren't interested to renew your AVG product, please visit https://support.avg.com/RefundForm to fill in the refund form and submit it. Upon successful submission, our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email with in 3 business days.

I have filled out the refund form and look forward to a response. I negelected to print a copy of the form and my comments, can you please advise on how I can load it so I can print a copy. Thank you.
