As of 9/12/2017 my AVG Mobilization app is not loading my devices the page opens up but does not show devices (3) to locate. Any ideas to correct this issue ?? It started about 7 days ago.
I understand your concern. Please be informed that the AVG mobilation web site is changed from http://avgmobilation.com to http://my.avg.com. Please follow the below steps to re register your phone with AVG.
To re-register the device, please follow the below steps : 1. Please open the AVG Anti Virus App on your mobile and then click on the Menu Drawer (Three - on the top Left corner) 2. Open Anti Theft (Enter code if prompted) 3. Once it is open, check if it is already turned ON, if yes, please turn it OFF and again Turn it ON.
