Cannot open Quarantine

AVG has Quarantined a file that a program needs to open. When i try to restore MENU>QUARANTINE
i press on the quarantine in the drop down but nothing happens - it doesn't do anything or go to the files so I can restore

I have fixed the problem. Uninstall this rubbish off you computer.
It has cost me over $450 and clients.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please repair your AVG and check once.
To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:

1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select AVG in the list of programs.
4. Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
5. Select Repair.
6. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
7. Restart your computer.

Hi,
When I hit change AVG screen comes up with RESTART REQUIRED and error code:0xe001f90b
and an EXIT and RESTART NOW button. 

When I restart, PC reastarts but AVG still is the same with no access to Quarantied files...

Same problem with quarantine.
Also, many of the menu items do not work.
Quarantine, Ransome, Data Safe, File Shredder, Support, and About DONOT WORK.  Clicking them has no effect.
The only menu items that work are Settings and Help.
Version 17.6.3029
Also there is not "chest" folder in AVG root file.  Cannot fins any folder that may contain quarantine files.
I NEED TO RESTORE SOME FILES.

I have followed your email and it still did not work. I NEED THIS FILE.
Same as AK. The Quarantine folder will not open to restore the file, and there is no "Chest" folder on my PC for AVG Quarantine files. This is costing me money and my business.

I Need a solution now!!!

To add to my frustration, Ransomware Protection, Data Safe, File Shredder, Support & About do not open when clicking on the options under Menu. Only help works but nothing "helping" me under this option for this problem.
