Secure VPN does not have a valid IP address

Does anyone know how to reset my AVG Secure VPN adapter v3 so that it will have a valid IP address. Evidently during a recent Windows 10 security update, the adapter was disabled, and cannot be enabled. Anyone else running into this problem, and is their a fix. If you read my recent post, technical support was unable to fix my issue. Just looking for a little help folks. Patiently waiting!

Akash,
I am still waiting on an answer and a fix for my VPN. I have been without my VPN service for almost a month, and still no fix after technical support, senior technical support, and product development was suppose to get back with me. I haven't got a response from anyone in over 2 weeks. I need to get this fixed or you need to give me money back.
