firewall for SONOS (AVG Internet Security - Unlimited )

I am unable to connect SONOS as AVG firewall prevents its use. (working fine if AVG 'enhanced firewall' is disabled.

need some tweeking but have been unsuccessful having spent almost 3 hours various permutations

I am using the paid version of AVG Internet security unlimited - which, alas,  I find much more complicated than all the other versions of Avg Security I have previously used (for many years)
Chat support cam on line for just a second and immediately disconnected (which is VERY poor indeed)
Many thanks for any help from other users with Sonos with Windows 10  (I have no such problem on Mac !)

Hi Roger,
I understand this must be upsetting. I will help to fix it.
I suggest you to change the firewall network profile from "Public" to "Private" and check if that fixes the issue. To change this settings, please open the AVG Internet Security and click on Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Network profile.

Please Enable all the System Rules under Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Policies.
