Have just had to setup AVG Free in an emergency. I set up default settings and set up putting little used programs into sleep mode. Years ago there was an option in the settings menu to amend any sleep option on a program. Now it is hidden and I have to wait ages (5 minutes) for a program to start.
Anybody know how to change settings or delete to option without a complete re-install.

Thank you for reaching out to us here. Please follow the steps below to wake up the programs put to sleep using AVG PC TuneUp.
Open AVG PC TuneUp.
Click on 'Speed Up' tile on main interface.
Click on Disable Background programs.
You will see list of programs that can be put to sleep.
Scroll down to see the list of programs which were already put to sleep.
Click on each program and select 'Wake' to undo the sleep setting.
