How long do I have to wait for live chat to load?????, does not seem anyway of getting help as the
Q & As cant help with this one.
I am informed that my Tuneup is now out of date, but paid a 1 yr sub on April 14 2017, first time had problems with AVG, and not to happy that cannot get advice

I understand this must be upsetting. I will help you to fix it.
Please follow the below steps to activate the AVG PC TuneUp:
1. Please open the AVG PC TuneUp
2. Click on Help & Support
3. Select Activate Product
4. Enter the License Number
5. Type License Number in the License Code field, and then click Next, and then click Finish.

If you're facing issues with the Chat, please try using a different browser. You may also Reset the Browsers and try once.

I have just subscribed to PC TUNEUP i've noticed it has not registered my correct email address - how do i go about changing the email address so I can connect the subscription to my AVG anti virus account?
