Installing AVG/Uninstalling McAfee

My free trial for AVG expired so I decided to purchase a year with AVG. Trying to install it and it says "Incompatible Program Detected: McAfee Live Safe"

and tells me to uninstall it before installing AVG. But it is uninstalled. What do I do now? Still says I need to uninstall it.

Please download McAfee removal tool using this link: http://us.mcafee.com/apps/supporttools/mcpr/mcpr.asp .
Run the downloaded file and follow onscreen instruction to proceed with the removal.
To download, install and activate your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) please follow the steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection .
